THE EXCHANGE OF HUMAN CAPITAL BETWEEN UKRAINE AND POLAND: ANALITICAL ASSESSMENT AND THE WAYS TO AVOID ASYMETRY

Abstract. In the circumstances of globalization the process of international exchange of humans’ capital becomes more active. Taking into account the consequences and the growth of this process to Ukraine there is a great necessity to investigate its peculiarities.
