MIGRATION RISKS IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL-ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract. The beginning of the new century has been marked by a new wave of migration activity of population. Against the background of globalization of economy for the national states this process has both, negative and positive consequences. For Ukraine, that for a long time already has been in the state of permanent social-economic transformations and within two last decades has turned into a potent donor of labor force for foreign labor markets, the need for taking special decisions in the sphere of regulation of migration activity of population is becoming more and more evident.
