This Article describing and analyzing the path to export growth and diversification that the two comparator countries (Poland and Hungary) have taken since 1990 with a specific focus on the impact of enabling legal and regulatory environment, education, training and lifelong learning, policies to foster trade and economic integration and stimulate export diversification.
