Taxonomic methods in environmental management

 

 

 

ABSTRACT. Precise and easily available information is the essential tool in environmental management. The society-economy-environment system is described by many diagnostic characteristics. The aim of this paper is to draw the attention to the special usefulness of taxonomic methods, which allow the classification and organisation of multivariate objects in the feature space.
